1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under specific circumstances as outlined below and are subject to meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
2. Course Cancellation or Non-Delivery
In the event that the institute cancels a course or is unable to deliver the services for which the student has paid, a full refund will be provided.
3. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing or through an official refund request form provided by the institute.
The request must include:
- Student’s full name
- Course enrolled
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documents (if any)
4. Withdrawal by the Student
If a student voluntarily withdraws from a course within the eligible refund period, the following conditions apply:
- Withdrawal within 15 days of enrollment → 50% refund of tuition fees
- Withdrawal after 15 days → No refund applicable
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees such as:
- Registration fees
- Administrative charges
- Study material fees
are non-refundable and will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment.
6. Refund Processing Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving a complete refund request along with all required documentation.
7. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction unless mutually agreed otherwise.
8. Refund Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding refund eligibility or amount, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue through mutual discussion and understanding.
9. No Refund Exceptions
No refunds will be granted for reasons not explicitly mentioned in this policy, unless required under applicable law.
